Ingredients to Make Easy and Fast Easter Dessert:
1 can of condensed milk
2½ cartons of sour cream
2 cups of powdered milk
300 grams of semisweet chocolate
How to Make Easter Dessert Fast and Easy:
Place the condensed milk, 1 box and a half of cream (400 grams) and the powdered milk in a blender. Beat very well for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. This is the white cream for this Easter dessert recipe.
Take the prepared cream in a blender over medium heat and keep stirring for 10-15 minutes or until it thickens - the cream doesn't need to come off the pan, it just needs to be more consistent, as in the photo. Turn off the heat and let cool.
Tip: If you want you can flavor this cream with lemon zest, cinnamon stick or vanilla essence.
Chop the chocolate and put it melting at full power in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove to stir and place again for 30 seconds. Remove to stir and, if necessary, repeat again for 30 seconds or until all chocolate melts. Another option is to melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Tip: Do not leave the chocolate in the microwave for more than 30 seconds at a time, to prevent it from having a bad consistency and taste.
Place the remaining cream (1 box) in the melted chocolate and stir until smooth. Start by assembling your Easter dessert in small bowls, in a baking dish or in a chocolate egg: add half of the white cream and cover with the chocolate cream.
Tip: If you want you can add other ingredients between the cream layers. Some of the tastiest suggestions include chopped bonbons and sliced fresh strawberry.
Place the remaining white cream in the ovenproof dish and decorate to taste. Put it in the fridge for 40 minutes and your easy Easter dessert is ready! Very delicious and no frills. Try and Happy Easter!
